SC Refuses to Extend Time for Filing of Application Seeking Allotment Under PMAY Scheme - (22 Mar 2022)

Supreme Court has refused to extend time for filing of application seeking allotment under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana by those who have been affected by demolition action during the removal of encroachment from the Railways property in Gujarat, stating there is enough time till March 31 and these individuals cannot keep on waiting.
