Allahabad High Court Imposes Cost on Insurance Co. for Keeping Litigation Alive for 20 Yrs - (17 Mar 2022)

INSURANCE

Allahabad High Court has imposed Rs. 5,00,000 on an insurance company while noting that it kept the litigation alive for almost 20 years in connection with a Motor Accident Claims case.
