Karnataka High Court Quashes Criminal Case Against Snapdeal for Sale of Drugs Without License - (16 Mar 2022)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court has quashed a criminal case registered under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 against Snapdeal Private Limited and its directors Kunal Bahl and Rohit Kumar Bansal for allegedly allowing sale of drug - Suhagra tablets, on its online portal without possessing a valid license.
