Andhra Pradesh High Court: Executed Power Contracts Cannot be Renegotiated - (16 Mar 2022)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that executed power contracts cannot be renegotiated and asked the state to clear dues estimated at Rs 30,000 Crores to renewable energy generators in six weeks.
