Allahabad HC: In Application for Discharge, Court Only to See Prima Facie Case Made Out - (15 Mar 2022)

CIVIL

Allahabad High Court has reiterated that while dealing with an application for discharge under Section, the Court is required to only see whether a prima facie case is made out against the accused. Detailed inquiry is not required at this stage and the accused can be discharged when the charge is groundless.
