Calcutta HC Suspends Order Cancelling GST Registration on Vague Show Cause Notice - (15 Mar 2022)

Calcutta High Court has suspended the order cancelling goods and service tax (GST) registration on the grounds that the allegations contained in the show cause notice were vague.
