Securities and Exchange Board of India Slaps Penalty on Future Enterprises for Lapse in Disclosures - (15 Mar 2022)

Securities and Exchange Board of India has slapped a penalty of Rs. 5 lakh on Future Enterprises for not disclosing Singapore arbitration proceedings in case against Amazon.
