MP HC: Tehsildar Who Allegedly Misused Post Not Entitled for Protection - (14 Mar 2022)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that a Tehsildar, alleged to have misused her position by extending undue benefit to her husband as well as her servant was not entitled for protection under the Judges Protection Act, 1985.
