Use of Aadhaar authentication services for validation of identity of users of the FINnet system- (Ministry of Finance ) (10 Mar 2022)

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) read with rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020, the Central Government hereby notifies the use of Aadhaar authentication services for validation of identity of users of the FINnet system, on voluntary basis, in terms of rule 3 of the said rules.
