Rajasthan HC Orders Seizure of Buses Picking and Dropping Passengers in Violation of Relevant Laws - (14 Mar 2022)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Rajasthan High Court has ordered that buses shall be seized of those bus operators who are found picking and dropping passengers in violation of relevant rules and regulations framed under the Motor Vehicles Act as also under the local laws.
