Telangana High Court Refuses to Stay Suspension of BJP MLAs from Assembly - (14 Mar 2022)

Telangana High Court has denied relief to BJP MLAs who sought stay on the operation of Telangana Legislative Assembly-respondent's action, suspending them from service for the rest of the ongoing Budget session of the Assembly.
