Delhi HC Dismisses Plea Seeking CBI Probe in DMRC-DAMEPL Agreement for Siphoning Off Public Money - (14 Mar 2022)

Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea seeking investigation by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in a 2008 agreement between Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Reliance Infrastructure-promoted Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt Ltd (DAMEPL) alleging siphoning off public money.
