Kerala HC: MVD Officials Do Have Power to Seize Records of Modified Vehicles - (18 Mar 2016)

Kerala HC has clarified that Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) officials have power to seize records of a vehicle that is modified or altered from its original specifications.
