Kerala High Court Permits 10 Yrs Old Rape Survivor to Medically Terminate 30 Weeks Pregnancy - (11 Mar 2022)

Kerala High Court has come to the aid of a 10-year old girl who was allegedly sexually abused by her father, by permitting her to undergo medical termination of her 8-month (30 weeks) old pregnancy.
