Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Plea Against Imposition of New Building Norms on Existing Buildings - (11 Mar 2022)

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to the State Government on a petition questioning imposition of certain new building norms even for the existing schools under building safety guidelines citing apex court’s judgment.
