Delhi High Court Refuses to Stay Govt Order Prohibiting Discounts on Liquor MRP - (09 Mar 2022)

Delhi High Court has refused to stay the order passed by Excise Department of the Delhi Government, prohibiting discounts on MRP of liquor by retail licensees in the national capital.
