Gujarat HC: Anticipatory Bail Can Be Granted If No Prima Facie Offence Is Made Out - (08 Mar 2022)

Gujarat HC has observed that anticipatory bail can be granted if no prima facie offence is made out against the person charged under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocity) Act, 1989.
