ITAT, Mumbai: Sale of Transferable Development Rights Does Not Attract Capital Gains Tax - (07 Mar 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai has ruled that sale of transferable development rights does not attract capital gains tax since the cost of acquisition for the same does not exist.
