Bombay HC Seeks Response on PIL Seeking to Assign At Least 1 Judicial Member for NGT - (04 Mar 2022)

Bombay High Court has sought for the response of the government on a Public Interest Litigation seeking to assign at least one judicial member who can function along with an expert member of National Green Tribunal (NGT).
