Allahabad HC Disposes of Contempt Case Against Lawyer for Abusing Lady Judge in Open Court - (04 Mar 2022)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Allahabad High Court has disposed of a contempt case against a lawyer who abused a lady judge in the open court after he tendered an unconditional & unqualified apology before the court/judicial officer.
