Madhya Pradesh HC Refuses to Grant Custody to Mother on Children’s Inclination Towards Father - (04 Mar 2022)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has refused to pass an order of child custody in favour of the Appellant-mother, upon noting that the children themselves had expressed their inclination to reside with their father.
