ITAT, Delhi: House Rent Allowance Exemption Allowable on Rent Paid to Spouse - (04 Mar 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has held that Income Tax Act, 1961 does not prohibit claiming house rent allowance (HRA) exemption on the rent paid to one’s spouse.
