SC: Section 34 IPC Not Applicable When Outcome is Remote, Unconnected with Common Intention - (28 Feb 2022)

Supreme Court observed that Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 does not attract when the final outcome or offence committed is distinctly remote and unconnected with the common intention.
