Kerala HC: Independent and Active Application of Mind Necessary for Conducting Inquiry - (25 Feb 2022)

Kerala High Court has ruled that what is expected from the competent authority while ordering an inquiry under Section 65(1) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 on the basis of information gathered either on his own or received from other sources is that there shall be an independent and active application of mind as to whether there shall be an inquiry or not.
