Bombay High Court Refuses Any Relief in Petitions Against Movie Gangubai Kathiawadi - (25 Feb 2022)

Bombay High Court has refused any reliefs in a clutch of petitions against the movie Gangubai Kathiawadi, stating that there can be no prohibition on a film's exhibition in the absence of a challenge to the censor certificate issued by the Central Board for Film Certification (CBFC).
