Telangana HC Directs Sub Registrars in State to Register Documents of Sale for Registration - (25 Feb 2022)

Telangana High Court has directed the Sub Registrars in the State to register the documents of sale, transfer, and gift etc. presented for registration even though it is not in authorized/approved layout.
