Karnataka HC: Challenge to Award in International Commercial Arbitration Can be Made Before HC - (25 Feb 2022)

ARBITRATION

Karnataka High Court has ordered that in view of Section 2(e)(ii) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 a challenge to an award in an International Commercial Arbitration can be made before the High Court of Karnataka.
