Orissa HC: Jurisdiction u/s 14 SARFAESI Act Can be Exercised Either by CJM or DM - (25 Feb 2022)

Orissa High Court has held that jurisdiction under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 can be exercised by either of the two authorities namely Chief Judicial Magistrate and District Magistrate.
