Gujarat HC Directs DGP, Gujarat to Ensure All Police Stations Aid Victims of Sexual Assault Crimes - (24 Feb 2022)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has directed the Director General of Police, Gujarat State to ensure that all the police stations in the state have a panel of lawyers to aid the victims of the sexual assault crimes in accordance with the directions issued by the Supreme Court in a 1995 decision.
