Gauhati HC Allows to Intervene PILs Challenging Telecom Services Rules, 2017 - (23 Feb 2022)

Gauhati High Court has allowed an Interlocutory Application filed by the Internet Freedom Foundation, seeking permission to be impleaded as an intervener in a Public Interest Litigation filed challenging the constitutional validity of the Temporary Suspension of Telecom Services (Public Emergency or Public Safety) Rules, 2017.
