P&H HC: HC Has Power to Grant Extension of Time for Completion of Loan Repayment Under OTS Scheme - (23 Feb 2022)

CIVIL

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that the High Court has the power to grant an extension of time for completion of the loan repayment under the OTS (One Time Settlement) Scheme, however, such power can't be invoked at the instance of the borrower as a matter of right.
