Bombay HC Suggests on Withdrawal of Circular Prohibiting Unvaccinated Persons on Local Trains - (22 Feb 2022)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has suggested the Maharashtra Government withdraw an August 2021 circular, and allow unvaccinated persons to travel by the local train considering the Covid-19 situation had considerably improved.
