Delhi HC Grants Interim Stay on Ban of Abbott’s Phensedyl - (16 Mar 2016)

Delhi High Court has granted an interim injunction to drug maker Abbott against a Government move to ban Phensedyl, one of the top-selling cough syrups in India.
