Delhi High Court Dismisses Plea Against Suspension of FCRA Registration - (15 Feb 2022)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) assailing an order which had suspended its registration under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 for 180 days under Section 13 of the Act.
