Allahabad HC Slams CBI for Failure to Produce Autopsy Reports in Appeal Against Death Penalty - (15 Feb 2022)

Allahabad High Court has slammed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for its failure to produce the post mortem reports of the victims of the Nithari case, also known as the 2006 Noida Serial Murders case.
