SC Issues Notice Against Order Declaring Anti-Conversion Law Not to Apply to Inter-Faith Marriages - (15 Feb 2022)

Supreme Court has issued notice on the special leave petition filed by the State of Gujarat against the order of the Gujarat High Court which declared that the anti-conversion law will not apply to inter-faith marriages between consenting adults.
