AAR, Karnataka: 5% GST Payable on Outboard Motors of Marine Engines - (15 Feb 2022)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) Karnataka has ruled that 5% goods and services tax is payable on Outboard motors of marine engines and its spare parts supplied for fishing vessels.
