CCPA Directs to Stop Misleading Advertisements Imposing Penalty - (14 Feb 2022)
CONSUMER
Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has passed two orders against GlaxoSmithKline Asia and Naaptol Online Shopping and directed them to immediately discontinue misleading advertisements, imposing a penalty of Rs 10 lakh on the online shopping platform for the misleading advertisements.
