Allahabad HC Sets Aside Life Sentence of Murder Convict in Case from 1980 - (14 Feb 2022)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has set aside the life sentence of a murder convict in a case that dates back to the year 1980, after concluding that the testimony of the sole eye witness in the case isn't reliable.
