Gujarat HC: Rights of Person Not Affected Where Land Sold in Public Auction with No Condition - (14 Feb 2022)

Gujarat High Court has held that when the land was sold in a public auction and when there is no condition attached to the said order of sale, then there cannot be a fetter of the rights of the person concerned to sale of the land in question.
