Gujarat HC Allows Habeas Corpus Petition; Directs Children’s Return To New Zealand - (14 Feb 2022)

Gujarat High Court has directed the Husband to hand over the custody of the three young children to the Mother situated in New Zealand, emphasising the significance of a mother's guardianship in the upbringing of her children.
