NCLAT, Delhi: Order of Mediation Along with Dishonoured Cheques Not Extension of Limitation - (14 Feb 2022)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has held that an order of mediation along with dishonoured cheques does not imply an extension of limitation for the purposes of Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
