Jharkhand HC: Writ Court Does Not Sit in Appeal Against Orders in Departmental Proceedings - (09 Feb 2022)

Jharkhand High Court has reiterated that the writ Court does not sit in appeal against the orders passed in departmental proceedings, particularly when there are concurrent findings concerning the proved charges.
