Allahabad HC: In Matrimonial Disputes, Court to be Careful on Summons to Distant Relatives - (09 Feb 2022)

Allahabad High Court has observed that in criminal cases arising out of matrimonial disputes, the Court has to be careful in summoning distant relatives without there being specific material against them.
