SC Stays Chhattisgarh HC Order Granting Partial Interim Relief to Pharmacy Colleges - (09 Feb 2022)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has stayed the order of Chhattisgarh High Court granting partial Interim Relief to Pharmacy colleges challenging the 5-year ban imposed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The Court has also directed the High Court to hear and decide the pending Writ Petition finally within a period of 4 weeks.
