Delhi HC Allows Payment from Google Cloud After Withholding 8% Income Tax - (09 Feb 2022)

Delhi High Court while granting the interim relief to Google Subsidiary, Google Asia Pacific Pvt. Ltd., has allowed payment worth Rs.1106.41 Crores from Google Cloud after withholding 8% Income Tax.
