Delhi HC Allows Plea Challenging Office Memo of AIIMS Cancelling Admission of Students - (08 Feb 2022)

Delhi High Court has allowed a petition filed by students of MSc Nursing at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), challenging an Office Memorandum (OM) of the Institution cancelling their admission.
