ITAT, Mumbai Disallows Fees Paid for Investment Advisory Services on Lack of Documentary Evidence - (08 Feb 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) Mumbai has disallowed fees paid towards Investment Advisory Services as assessee only furnished debit note, and no other documentary evidence.
