Delhi HC: Recourse to Section 14 Not Available in Any Challenge to Appointment of Arbitrator - (07 Feb 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that recourse to Section 14, failure or impossibility to act of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is not available in respect of any challenge to the appointment of arbitrator under Section 12(1) of Act.
