Bombay HC Quashes FIR Against Man Accused of Sexually Harassing Minor Niece - (07 Feb 2022)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has quashed a first information report against a man accused of sexually harassing his minor niece after both the parties agreed that they are closely related, have an ancestral dispute but want to settle this case amicably.
